The cliffs of Møns Klint fall 400 feet into the sea
Cliffs are usually a sight to behold since the steep drops never fail to instill awe. The Møns Klint, located on the Danish island of Møn off the coast of the Baltic Sea, is a stretch of limestone and chalk cliffs that perfectly encompass this principle.
Some of the cliffs fall almost 400 feet in a sheer drop to the sea below. This place is now a nature reserve since the area’s chalky soil led to the development of several rare plant species.
