The most densely populated island is located off the coast of Colombia
We mentioned that more people live in Tokyo than in any other city, so when it comes to deciding which island is the most densely populated, you would think that it is Japan. Nevertheless, you would be wrong.
The Colombian island of Santa Cruz del Islote takes the title. It is roughly the size of two soccer fields and contains about 155 houses, with 500 people in total. The artificial island’s diminutive size is what separates it from the rest.
