Floating Seahorse Home
The Floating Seahorse home was developed on the clear-blue waters off the coast of Dubai and is an important part of the line of islands known as The Heart of Europe. It is a man-made reconstruction of actual European nations on a smaller scale and is now part of an even larger chain of islands known as “The World.” Richard Branson owns the entire Seahorse homes and island.
The Heart of Europe witnessed his first building, the Floating Seahorse, valued at $2.8 million, and there are plans to build more homes to cost over $10 million. According to the design firm in charge of the Floating Seahorse home, Kleindienst Group, the simple water pod had $2.8 million in funding, more than 5,000 hours of research, and 13,000 hours of design and engineering.
