The Narrowest Building in Poland
The narrowest building in Poland is called the Keret House. This structure and art building, located in Warsaw, Poland, was designed by architect Jakub Szczęsny under the architecture firm, Centrala. It has been described as the narrowest house in the world and is 92 centimeters at its thinnest point and 152 centimeters at its widest. Keret House was named after the Israeli writer and filmmaker Etgar Keret, who was the building’s first tenant.
It is also called the Dom Kereta with a postmodern architecture style. Its construction started in 2012 and ended the same year, and it has just two floors on a 4.09m². It contains one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living area and has two non-opening windows. The interior is painted white, and the electricity depends on another neighboring building.
