First Time Experience In A Science Lab

This is mostly true; working anywhere can be hectic, but it’s even worse for lab trainees. Trainee jobs are usually monotonous and not the exciting experience they want. As such, they often skip through certain tasks or leave them till the very last minute. 

This meme shows that most trainees are so hard to manage and the only way for instructors to get them to do anything is to use force. Or, in this case, place them at gunpoint. Sometimes the most mundane jobs are the most important, like labeling things.
