This meme is a load of chemistry humor in so many ways. First, the images show Samuel Jackson with a mirror version. Then it goes on to caption the images with Samuel-L-Jackson and Samuel-D-Jackson. 

The jokes are in the L and D. To fully understand it, you have to understand the Chiral part of the meme. Chiral is simply a mirror effect that doesn’t change the molecular structure of the initial material. The initial molecule does not force its structure on the initial.
