How Scientists Name Things in Space

This meme explains that scientists take a general effort and interest in naming things within our solar system. They come up with beautiful stories and names that are meaningful. But this ends here. When they go out of our solar system and choose to name a new finding, they go crazy with outrightly meaningless names. 

To some extent, they just name them numbers or a collection of alphanumeric with really no sweetness to them as with their counterparts in the solar system.
