Dead Leaf Moth
So identical to a dead leaf, this bug is one of the many mimicking moths. Its dead leaf resemblance is so uncanny that it looks like rolled up foliage. You could easily walk past it thinking nothing of the little veins to the dried-up appearance.

Mainly found in damp forests in China and Taiwan, this specie has an excellent hiding place in its leaf-like feature when hiding from predators. One amazing thing about this moth is that it is nothing but an optical illusion, although the wings look curled up. In truth, they are standing straight and ready to fly.
