Butterfly
The butterfly is a member of the insect family and one of the most beautiful creatures in nature. Butterflies have been around for millions of years: they were present during all four ages the Paleozoic (approximately 540 to 250 million years ago), Mesozoic (250 to 65 million years ago), Cenozoic (65 million years ago to now), and Quaternary periods (the most recent period).
Butterflies are often seen as symbols representing life itself as a symbol of transformation and hope for many cultures worldwide. While these stunning creatures come from humble origins, a caterpillar that has undergone a metamorphosis into its adult form, they’re still one of nature’s most beautiful sights. Butterflies are very good at camouflaging into nature, given their beautiful bodies and looks. Their bright colored wings can match many flowers and plants in their environment.
