Keep on working with what you have
Work is still a big part of the 40-something adult life. Our bones can’t take it anymore, and our memory is a little less reliable every day, but we are still expected to get to work and keep on climbing the corporate ladder, even if our knees hurt as we reach each step.
Don’t feel bad about faulty joints. Rest a little, take some painkillers or just sit down. But even if you feel a bit tired or have a knee ache, keep on hustling to afford the great lifestyle of being in your 40s.
