When you are over 40, you probably have a little extra time to work on yourself. And as everything seems to hurt, you might think it is a good idea to do some exercise and improve your diet in order to lose some weight. The thing is that your age has different plans for your body.
Trying to lose weight after having turned 40 is a real struggle. It doesn’t matter if you work out all day and eat a low-carb diet; those extra pounds just seem impossible to lose. But even if you get frustrated, don’t stop taking care of yourself. You’ll thank yourself in your 50s.
