The result of years of painting
When you get your room painted, your main concern is what the color on your walls will look like. You’re not really questioning the color of the paint sticks. Yet, if you cut a paint stick it looks like this, exposing numerous layers of color. It resembles the rings on a tree, which tells us about its course over time.

How many years do you think the painters that paint houses have been working for? Also, how old could a paint stick be for it to look like this? And does the stick get all these layers with time or with the number of painted surfaces?
