Avoid back currents
The return currents or rip currents are blocks of water that recede from the coasts into the sea. They are generally produced when the wave reaches the coast with too much energy and makes it return with the same violence towards the sea. The important thing is that you must not fight against the current.
Why? Well, mainly because even professional swimmers can’t run away from it. This does not mean that you will die in the sea, since the rescuers are going to come for you. These types of tides appear mainly in the Gulf and the beaches of the East and West of the United States.
