It is an all-electric building that runs without consuming fossil fuels by employing LED lighting technology, chilled beams, and a highly efficient ventilating system for air circulation and reduces energy consumption in the building. In addition, it is 90% water self-sufficient as it uses a unique rainwater harvesting procedure, placing it as the first commercial building in the United Kingdom to be approved by the drinking water safety agenda.
