Shanghai Tower
The Shanghai Tower is a 128-story, 632-meter-tall (2,073 ft) mega-tall skyscraper in Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai. It is China’s tallest building and ranks third on the list of the world’s tallest buildings. It is also the tallest and largest building to be awarded a LEED certificate in 2015 and shares the record with the Ping An Center as the building with the highest observation deck within a building or structure.

The Shanghai Tower is also the building with the third fastest elevator, which moves at a speed of 20.5 m/s. In addition to its many amazing features, it is the first building to be surrounded by double adjacent supertall buildings in Pudong. The other two are the Jin Mao Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Center. It was designed to conserve energy and serves as an office, retail, and luxury center.
