It was once the world’s tallest high-rise building in 2010 but was eventually surpassed by the Shanghai tower in February 2015. It began construction in 2006 and was finished in 2013, taking seven years to complete. The Cayan tower has seven elevators and 73 floors while maintaining its twisting design. To perfectly execute this impeccable structure, the engineers must rotate each floor by 1.2 degrees.
