The tower design is a site to behold- it has an unusual twisting that resembles a double helix DNA structure, which symbolizes life and regrowth. Each of the 21 floors is rotated by 4.5 degrees to provide a 270-degree view for the residents. It has a rainwater recycling system and generative elevators.
