November 22, 2024 by Shelley Thompson

For some, falling asleep at night couldn’t be easier, while getting quality sleep can be a herculean task for others. For some, the fear of oversleeping leads to poor sleep. All this and more has led to technology development that helps ensure quality sleep. Here are gadgets to help you sleep and wake up better.

Fit Bit Versa 2 Smartwatches

This smartwatch has an app that uses an accelerometer and heart rate monitors to determine how much time you spent sleeping (detailing the sleep stage, light, REM, and deep)and the time you were awake. This data helps in making necessary adjustments for better rest.
