Whether you’ve recently tuned into Hulu’s ‘The Dropout’ or you tuned in to a particular podcast episode regarding the woman of the hour, or at least a few minutes, then you know the name, Elizabeth Holmes. We’ve done both of these things, as well as tuned in to the Netflix documentary, and to say we’re intrigued is a massive understatement. We aren’t going to get too into the dirty details, but rather focus on a few of the shocking details we’ve discovered. Let’s get started!

Who is Elizabeth Holmes?
Elizabeth Holmes is an entrepreneur that founded the corporation known as Theranos. And speaking of Theranos, Holmes has also been convicted of criminal fraud. We couldn’t make this stuff up, just go Google it really fast!
Elizabeth Holmes Doesn’t Blink
In a number of interviews, you’ll hear past employees say that Holmes looked at people with some serious intensity. So much so that interviewees noticed she never blinked. Now, this ould be due to one of two different reasons: either Holmes was playing some kind of mind control game, or she’s just a little, you know, different. Either way, after this part of the interview we couldn’t help but watch her eyeballs, and we can confirm we saw minimal blinking.
Privacy Has Always Been Everything
People that had worked with Holmes for years couldn’t even tell you what food she liked to eat because she stayed that private.
Those Black Turtlenecks? Oh, She’s Been Wearing Them for Years (Supposedly)

This is quite the tangled web, but in short: Elizabeth Holmes, in her glory days we’ll call them, was only ever seen donning a black turtleneck, not unlike the man she idolized most, Steve Jobs. Now according to Holmes, she’s been wearing them since she was a kid, but many speculate that she was simply wearing the Silicon Valley uniform. You know, how can you bother caring about what you wear when you’re busy inventing things?
Holmes’ Entire Board Consisted of One Type of Person: Rich Old Men
Call us crazy, but we think she had some spell or power over them. But hey, she got stuff done. Well, kinda.
The Day the Wall Street Journal Called ‘Fraud’
We found a lot of irony in the fact that the day The Wall Street Journal published their expose reporting that both Holmes and her company were fraud, Elizabeth Holmes couldn’t be contacted because she was busy being inducted into the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows.
