A groundbreaking discovery that was lost in the pages of history
Between the 70s and 80s, British stylist Maurice Ward invented a strange but wonderful material called Starlite (his granddaughter suggested the name). The wonderful thing about Starlite was its supernatural ability to resist and insulate from heat. This ‘world-changing’ discovery initially caught the media’s attention and was a great success. However, some unexplained phenomena lead to some unexpected results.

Given the abilities of Starlite, it was surely going to change the world for good. However, the amateur chemist’s discovery became lost somewhere in the pages of history, and nobody knows why such a promising compound was never talked about again.
