Astronauts have to sleep strapped into sleeping bags in space
There are few better sensations than tucking into your warm bed and wrapping yourself with a cozy comforter at the end of the day. Unfortunately, this is impossible to do in space since the lack of gravity means you will not stay put in one place if you fall asleep.
That is why astronauts have to strap themselves inside a sleeping bag. This does not sound like the most comfortable of set-ups, but you have to remember that there are no “hard” surfaces if there is no gravity to pull you down.
