Hanahaki: Stage III
At this stage in Hanahaki, the love is acknowledged, and the flower growth reduces. The artist depicts recovery from the heartache, and her followers can gleefully celebrate the union of two lovers. Using the first art piece of Hanahaki I as a reference, there are fewer flowers and increased vibrancy in the lover’s appearance.
With a trick up her sleeve, Maria gives her followers a hint about what will happen to the new lovers. Will the love blossom and wither all the lovesick flowers or will tragedy strike and separate these two? It might not be rocket science, but it’s a difficult ending to predict.
