These Unsettling But Fascinating Pics Can Give Anyone Nightmares

With all the recent advancements in science, it is easy to forget how many mysteries we have yet to unveil. The truth is that there are plenty of things in the world that we still do not understand, and this means that a number of questions have never been answered. From strange crystals to accidental visual effects, this compilation is packed with eerie snapshots that will haunt you with their weirdness. Some pictures are easily explained, but others will probably make you question everything you know. Want to come on this wild ride? Then read along, if you dare. A visual effect made this mosquito look giant

The original Godzilla movie was made in 1954, a time when digital special effects did not exist. How did they do it then? The answer is perspective. They built a miniature set of Tokyo and used clever camera angles to make it seem as though the monster was towering over the buildings.

No, this is not a scene from the new Godzilla vs Mosquitoe film, but rather the result of a very quirky coincidence. The bug got too close to the camera just as the photographer was taking the picture, which is why it looks gigantic. The outline looks faded because it is so close, that the lens is struggling to focus.
