What happens when you drop three M&Ms in water
Who would have thought M&Ms could be used for science experiments? When these different color M&Ms were dropped in a dish of water, they created these beautiful divisions of color; what’s exciting is that the colors helped us see these barriers. This photograph looks like an artist’s color palette but with delicious paint made of M&Ms!
We expected these colors to dissolve and mix to create a solid-color liquid. However, the results were the opposite. They formed clear, divergent, and straight barriers of their respective colors. These M&Ms know how to set up clear boundaries.
