Lesbian couple at Le Monocle, Paris, 1932
This stunning image of two lesbians is an image worth seeing. It was captured in 1932 as Paris had a reputation of being wild and free and also tolerated many homosexual activities.
Among the many lesbians in the Le Monocle club, these two seemed to be more famous. The first person in the photo (right) is Violette Morris, a French weightlifting champion who had a double mastectomy, while the other woman seems to be her lover.
