Hidden brain tumor in the head of Kim II-Sung, former North Korean leader
North Korea is known for its strict rules and stern leaders who ensure their privacy is kept secret and out of the public’s prying eyes. This image shows the former North Korean leader, Kim II-Sung, in 1945.
He had a tumor the size of a tennis ball on the right side of his head, but it was never publicized as most of his photographs were taken from the left side to hide the tumor from the general public.
