Marshall’s Haute Sauce is Homemade and Locally Sourced
This is a handmade sauce that is sweet, savory, and spicy. It was created by Oregon natives husband and wife Sarah and Dirk Marshall. They make and label each bottle by hand. How cute is that? All of their ingredients are from local farmers; this red chili lime is a unique blend of chilies, fruits, and local honey.
Chef Gregory Gourdet at Departure Restaurant and Lounge loves this sauce and uses it in many meals. He highly recommends this sauce to people who love fresh, spicy, and savory flavors in their recipes. Although it is mild, it is still good for foods such as soups and salsa.
