Swirled Bread with Cocoa for Chocolate Lovers
This spring bread is designed much differently than the usual loaves we’ve seen. It comes in a big round and long shape with spirals, created from the cream decoration. This baker took techniques from other experts to score and shape this loaf.

Some people do not like the pattern, which looks odd if you have to be honest. It does look like a mechanical path, but the style and blend of colors are something to worry about. The baker used a cloud toast recipe for the base and added cocoa paste to half the dough to get this chocolatey brown color.
