Statistically Speaking…
Take a gander at these random stats from NFL statisticians: “Most consecutive sacks on a Sunday afternoon with temperatures above 87 degrees Fahrenheit and wind blowing from the southeast at no more than 11 miles per hour in a game played above 38.9˚N longitude since 1967.” Boy, that’s a mouthful.
Of course, these oddly specific statistics are catered to make certain players out to be more advanced than they are. Instead, they should focus on giving us truthful, thought-provoking analysis that’s not rooted in manipulated stats. We do appreciate the use of Charlie Kelly from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which has become a popular meme around the web.
