Skincare Technology That Will Have You Aging Like Fine Wine

April 5, 2025 by Shelley Thompson

It’s 2022 and there is no excuse for bad skin. We are cleansing, we are exfoliating, we are moisturizing, we are not crusty, and we are aging like fine wine. If you’ve never been great, or never even had, a skincare routine if you’ve gotten pretty lax about it since you’ve been cooped up what with the pandemic and all, we’ve put together a little list of gadgets that will help you out and leave you positively glowing.

Let’s first talk about why having a skincare routine is important:

  • Having a proper skincare routine can slow down the signs of aging.
  • Healthy skin equals a healthy you.
  • Establishing and sticking to a good skincare routine can make a huge difference over time.
  • If you start taking care of your skin now, it can save you some money down the road.
  • Studies have shown that adopting a good skincare routine actually encourages other healthy routines as well. For instance, part of having good skin involves staying hydrated and making sure you’re getting enough water daily; now that you’re drinking the amount of water you should be drinking, dropping some water weight, and feeling pretty good, you’ll be more likely to change the way you eat, start prioritizing some kind of exercise, the possibilities are pretty endless.

Okay, let’s talk skincare technology. Technology in general makes our lives easier and this can even be said for the future of our skincare routines. Here, we’ll show you.

Facial Toning Kit

Just by using this device for as little as five minutes per day, over time, you’ll notice that your face has become more contoured, your skin tone is more even, and you’ve reduced the appearance of wrinkles. There are a number of kits you can choose from, so make sure you choose the one that is best for you and targets any issues you may be having. Check it out here.

Lolysenta Derma Roller

This is a great addition to your skincare routine and not nearly as painful as it sounds (you only need to apply light pressure, we promise!) In fact, this little gadget may be small but she’s might; derma rollers minimize pores, help break up scarring, and even work to balance uneven skin tones. Buy one here.

Pore Extractor

If you’re one of those people that loves to peel off Biore strips and see how gross they are, you’ll appreciate a pore extractor because it does exactly what you think, it vacuums your pores. This tool doesn’t stop at blackheads, it’s also great for whiteheads, dead skin, acne, grease, and makeup residue. Buy one here.

LED Skin Therapy Mask

We know this looks like it’s straight out of a horror film, but it’s a mask that produces seven different wavelengths, all of which serve different purposes such as reducing skin tension, reducing inflammation, brightening your complexion, providing relaxation, and so much more! And as an added bonus you’ll totally freak out your family, friends, roommates, and anyone else that may see you wearing this. Buy one here.
