Sharks are not nearly as dangerous as coconuts
When you think of a dangerous animal, the first thing that might pop into your head are sharks. These animals have the reputation of being incredibly murderous and there are millions of people actually terrified of them. However, when you look at the numbers, they are not as bad as you might think.
Apparently, coconuts cause more deaths a year than sharks. There are more people who die because a coconut fell on their heads than victims of shark attacks. While there are around a hundred and fifty people die every year due to coconuts falling on them, there are only about five shark-related deaths.
