This scene undoubtedly took place in a hotel. The staff who worked there didn’t have a physical location to place the TV, so they opted to put it above the closet. Or maybe it wasn’t working anymore, and they were too lazy to throw it away. Whichever the case, it was probably not the best idea.

Here, the design choice is rather questionable. The room guests better not make any wrong moves because that TV could plummet to the ground and crash. It certainly is a disaster waiting to happen.
