Planetary neighbors
In this picture, we can see a little flash of light on top of a ridge. It’s far enough that we can’t tell what it is. You may think that there is an easy explanation for this. It can be a fire, someone flashing a light, or some kind of structure reflecting the sun. All valid answers, but what if I told you this was taken on Mars?
That’s right; this was taken on our neighboring planet by NASA’s rover Curiosity. So now, a distant figure has a whole new meaning. The previous explanations don’t fit when you consider that the planet’s atmosphere doesn’t allow any kind of living conditions to develop life on it.
