Not everyone can do this
Have you been pooping consistently over these years? Did you take days off? This guy didn’t! Staying consistent with your poop gives you discipline and results in the ‘long run’ (did you catch the pun?). We don’t know just what the stats are here or even the grounds for measuring them, but this guy has done his homework to have the guts to make such a bold statement!
So, if you want long and ‘consistent’ results as well, you need to be consistent about your gut health. Consistency is the key, after all!
