3D Ice Crystal
Snowflakes are beautiful, especially after a long summer, but imagine seeing a 3D ice crystal during a snowfall. You’d want to frame it! This snowflake looks like something out of a sci-fi movie.
These crystals are formed when nearly pure water freezes, forming a hexagonal shape. As these crystals fall, more water vapor freezes and attaches itself to the already formed crystal, giving it its 3D shape.
