You can still visit these 2,000-year-old hot springs today
These Roman baths are located in modern-day Algeria in a natural hot spring and are still used today. They date back to the Flavian era, which means they are 2,000 years old. It is called Hammam Essalihine, “the bath of the righteous,” but is also referred to as the thermal baths of Flavius.
They have two pools, one for men and another for women. Its Roman architectural style is easily identifiable, which is why it is classified as a protected national historical heritage. Unfortunately, the site has suffered from heavy use and poor maintenance. Many people visit the baths, given their reputation for curing many ailments.
