Set reminders to get out of your seat
Most people will tell you that your bad habits are related to a terrible lack of willpower, but let’s be honest: willpower is simply overrated. What if we could beat laziness by doing something we can control, such as setting reminders on our phones?

If you struggle with getting out of your seat while working, set multiple alarms every 30 to 60 minutes indicating you to move around the room or get some fresh air to help you stretch your legs throughout the day.
