It is easy to get them all jumbled up with all the strange names that corporations come up with to brand their products. They could just call them all the same thing and call it a day. Let’s see what this poor flight attendant had to go through.
Her honesty is admirable. Some people would be mortified at having to admit that they do not know what to call anything in front of a large group of people on a flight that they were trying to serve professionally. Good for her.
