This may come as a surprise to some people. Yet, there is a whole generation of children who are getting used to different sources of food and different ingredients, more natural ingredients. They are the generation raised on quinoa, vegan meat, and plant-based milk.

Moreover, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) published a study that evaluated diet-related environmental impacts. This research shows that vegetarian diets are more sustainable than non-vegetarian diets.
