A Bronze-Age boat
In 2014, a team of marine researchers led by french archaeologist Giulia Boetto made an extraordinary discovery: a Bronze-age boat. Rumors say that Bronze-age villagers sank their own ships, but the reason why they would do that is unknown.
Boats were the means of transportation for villagers thousands of years ago, and they used rivers as highways. The boat found in Zambratija Cove has been dated to 1200 BC. After a thorough investigation, the researchers determined that the boat was from pre-roman times.
