Space is no longer the most uncanny place for us since we found stranger things exist under the sea. Much to our surprise, the Ocean covers seventy-one percent of the Earth’s surface. Yet, more than eighty percent of it remains unexplored, unobserved, and ignored. So believing in mermaids or the Loch Ness Monster doesn’t sound as crazy. There are many reasons to love the Ocean, and the mysteries it encloses are one of them. Humanity has come along with hidden gems beneath the surface throughout the years. You’ll never know what can still be discovered from buried treasures, unknown living creatures, and even entire cities. Keep reading and learn more about these fantastic and unique things found in the Ocean.

The Lamprey Fish in Latvia
