Christopher Columbus talked about the dangers of the Bermuda Triangle while sailing around the world
Before the arrival of technology, the Bermuda Triangle was always a topic to talk about by whoever sails through. Christopher Columbus was no exception, as he had a lot to say about what he experienced while he and his crew toured the world.
During his first voyage to the New World, he reported that a great flame of fire, which scientists assumed to be a meteor, crashed into the sea one night and that a strange light appeared in the distance a few weeks later. Alongside, he wrote about erratic compass readings and how he had trouble navigating to safety.
