There are four types of black holes
Just when you thought you had to be scared of only one black hole, you find out there are actually four types. The Stellar Black Hole originates from the death of a large star; it is one of the smallest types and has a mass five to ten times greater than the Sun. A Supermassive Black Hole is the largest, and there are many theories about how they originate. Compared to solar bodies like the Sun, they can be over millions to billions of times bigger in mass.
Intermediate Black Holes are bigger than Stellar but much less than the Supermassive. Not many have been found, but scientists have evidence of its existence using low luminosity active galactic nuclei. Finally, the Primordial Black Holes have a much smaller mass than the Stellar, making them the smallest, with a weight of as little as 100 micrograms. Scientists like Stephen Hawking theorized that they formed after the Big Bang.
