Water at The Bottom Of The Sea Is Very Hot
Sometimes, it is hard for us to imagine that water can be hot without it undergoing some heating. However, underneath the ocean, water coming from vents is very hot. In the deepest parts of the ocean, the temperature of the water can be 2-4 degrees Celsius.
Except for water coming up from hydrothermal vents that are on the seafloor. The water from these vents can be up to 400 degrees Celsius. The intense pressure at the bottom of the ocean stops the water from boiling.
