This person has one rare belly button
A common myth says that the shape of the belly button is related to how the umbilical cord was cut at birth, but this is not the case. In reality, the shape of a person’s belly button is determined while the baby is still in the womb, as it is influenced by how the skin grows around that cord.
Most belly buttons start out as “outies” and then pop in to form “innies.” Only 10% of the population has outies. So whether we have an outie belly button like this guy or an innie like the majority of the people, it all depends on how much time we spent in the womb.
